She did everything to make sure we were comfortable, having fun, and fulfilled all our wishes and requests.

On our tour, we were picked up on time in a BMW (tour was only us two and one other woman) and whisked away to Santa Rita as a first stop. Although this is a major wine producer in Chile, the tour was a good size and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous. We tried a few wines and Kylie, the tour guide, even bought each of us some snacks and another glass of wine to enjoy in the gardens before heading off to the next stop.

We next went to a small but amazingly tasty restaurant and were treated to a three course lunch with a bottle of wine, water, and coffee. We couldnt get over how good the food was and generous the tour was. Our next stop was a smaller winery, William Fevre, where we got to see the production area, speak with the manager, walk around the grounds, and try some of their best wines.

We would recommend this tour to anyone staying in Santiago or going to Chile! We thouroughly enjozed the day and tips for Santiagos wine bars afterwards!

We visited three amazing wineries which were all quite different. We tasted some great wines and Kylie was always on hand to translate anything that wasn’t clear to those of us who’s Spanish is not so good. Full of tips and recommendations, it was good to get an unbiased oversight on the City. Kylie had obviously done her research, she was great company and everything ran smoothly. Along the way we learned about the amazing history and culture of wine making, drank incredible wine, ate delicious meals, and saw some of the most breathtaking views. Kylie was a terrific guide, adding insights along the way and curating experiences that we would not have been able to achieve on our own. We enjoyed the Colchagua experience so much that we booked another tour of the Casablanca Valley with Kylie on our last day in Chile and hope to return soon!

Kylie is a warm, vibrant personality who speaks fluent Spanish, along with Aussie English, and she knows her vineyards. Want large wineries?; small boutique wineries?; delightful restaurants out in the country to enjoy spectacular Chilean food (oh, God, and more wine), she has excellent relationships with the local winemakers from Alta Maipo (the Andes foothills), to Casablanca in the Coastal range. This is a wine lovers paradise, and Kylie made it so much fun and totally memorable. She. picked us up at our Santiago Hotel at 9am and got us back to our hotel from our Alto Maipo touring by 4 or 5. We loved her! Kylie was booked the day we were available to hit the coastal wineries, but went out of her way to arrange to have an associate take us to those wineries, which we combined with a tour of the seaside town of Valparaiso, Kylie coordinated the entire day as well. Valpo is a stunning port city, famous for its hillside murals painted on the sides of houses, walls, stairs in the hills near the central city. A funicular takes you up the hill side to see these UNESCO-protected murals and houses. This was another 9am pick up at our hotel, and we were deposited back around 6pm. What a couple of days!
